Upon graduating law school in 2015, Rebecca Goddard began her legal career at Ryan Law Offices in Kentland, Indiana, where she remained until opening Goddard Law Offices, now Goddard & Spear, P.C. in the same location.. She is known for her strategic and client-centered approach, and has built a reputation for delivering effective legal solutions to individuals, families, local governments, and businesses. Rebecca is actively involved in the legal community and regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay current with evolving legal trends.

Codey L. Spear graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2016 and has practiced in various areas of law including civil litigation, personal injury, commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning and administration, and family law. Codey relocated to Kentland, Indiana in 2023, opening the Law Offices of Codey L. Spear, P.C. before merging with Rebecca Goddard and forming Goddard & Spear, P.C. in 2026, and takes great pride in representing is clients’ diverse needs with a focused, client-first approach.
Codey is an Indiana native having been born and raised in the small, central Indiana town of Crawfordsville. Upon graduating Crawfordsville High School, Codey attended Indiana State University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business Administration. While at Indiana State, Codey was a member of the Indiana State University Sycamore Football team, playing center and guard on the offensive line. He also was a member of Indiana State Jazz Band, Wind Orchestra, and toured Bangkok, Thailand playing alto saxophone in the Nomine Saxophone Quartet.
When not advocating for his clients, Codey enjoys spending his free time in the gym and riding his motorcycle with his wife, Katrina. As an avid strength athlete, Codey is decorated competitor in both strongman and powerlifting, regularly participating in both Indiana and Illinois competitions, even earning a spot in the 2018 United States Strongman Nationals.
